       This is a recipe that me and  my family tried and we all loved it. 

WARM CORN & PEPPER SALAD – ¾-QT./750 ML CASSEROLE/COVER

Serves: 4

Serving Size:

Ingredients

2 cups frozen corn
1 red pepper, roughly chopped using Power Chef® System
¼ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. coarse kosher salt
½ cup feta or goat cheese

Instructions: Combine corn, red pepper, black pepper and salt in ¾-qt./750 mL Casserole/Cover.
Stack and microwave on high power 15–20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
Toss with desired cheese

BISTEC ENCEBOLLADO- 1¾-QT./1.75 L CASSEROLE

Serves: 4

Serving Size: 1 steak

Ingredients                                                                                                 stack-cooker

¼ cup white vinegar
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 lb./455 g cubed steak, cut into 4 pieces
¼ tsp. Adobo with pepper seasoning
¼ tsp. ground annatto
2 garlic cloves, chopped using Chop ’N Prep Chef
1 small onion, peeled and sliced into rings

Instructions: Add vinegar and oil to 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole.
Season steaks by rubbing with Adobo, annatto and garlic. Place steaks in Casserole over oil and vinegar. Place sliced onion over steaks.
Stack and microwave on high power 15–20 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes.

COUSCOUS- 3./QT/3 L CASSEROLE

Serves: 6

Serving Size: ½ cup

Ingredients

1 cup couscous
1½ cups water
½ tsp. coarse kosher salt
½ small onion, chopped in Chop ’N Prep Chef

Instructions: Combine ingredients in 3-Qt./3 L Casserole.
Stack and microwave on high power 15–20 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes and fluff with fork.
